The program specifically targeted students who recently cleared their <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"275\">Grade 12 examinations<\/b> and are looking to enroll in undergraduate studies.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Expert Guidance on Subject Selection<\/b><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"7\">The session was led by <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"23\">Mr. Hem Kumar Khadka<\/b>, Head of the Faculty of Education and Senior Lecturer at KMC. As the primary resource person, Mr. Khadka provided deep insights into:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">GPA-Based Stream Selection:<\/b> Helping students understand which undergraduate subjects align best with their Grade 12 results (GPA).<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Career Mapping:<\/b> Identifying future service sectors and job opportunities associated with different academic majors.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Goal Setting:<\/b> Assisting students in choosing the right faculty (Education, Management, etc.) to match their long-term professional aspirations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Community Outreach<\/b><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"10\">Recognizing its responsibility to the region, KMC extended the invitation beyond its own premises. The campus reached out to students from various secondary schools within its service area, ensuring that a wide range of local youth benefited from this expert counseling.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\">This initiative reinforces KMC\u2019s role as a mentor institution, ensuring that students do not just pursue an education, but build a career with a clear
