Second Year<\/b> that the window for examination form submission is now open.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Following the latest directive from Tribhuvan University (TU), the traditional physical form-filling process has been completely replaced by a <b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"143\">mandatory online system<\/b>. While TU expects students to fill these forms individually, the campus has acknowledged the technical difficulties faced by students in the past.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">To ensure accuracy and ease for our students, the <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"50\">Campus Administration will handle the online form-filling process on your behalf.<\/b> Students must visit the campus administration within the stipulated deadline to complete the necessary verification.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Important Dates:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Form Opening Date:<\/b> Thursday, Bhadra 5, 2082<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Form Closing Date:<\/b> Wednesday, Bhadra 25, 2082<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-path-to-node=\"12\">\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12,0\"><em><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Warning:<\/b> Students who fail to contact the campus administration and complete the formalities within these dates will not be allowed to participate in the examinations.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Required Procedures &amp; Documentation:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">To have your form processed by the campus, you must fulfill the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"16\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Clearance of Dues:<\/b> All outstanding campus fees, including monthly tuition and bus transportation fees, must be cleared in full.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Photograph:<\/b> Provide a recent passport-sized photograph in <b data-path-to-node=\"16,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"58\">official campus uniform<\/b>.
