Kakarvitta Multiple Campus<\/b> invites applications from interested individuals or firms for the rental of business shutter rooms. Currently, Shutter Rooms No. 3, 4, and 11<\/b> are available for commercial use under the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions:<\/b><\/h3>\n

  1. \n

    Application:<\/b> Interested parties must submit a formal application specifying the shutter room number they wish to rent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Monthly Rent:<\/b> The monthly rent is fixed at Rs. 4,500\/- per shutter<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Advance Payment:<\/b> A minimum advance of Rs. 50,000\/-<\/b> is required. Priority will be given to the applicant offering the highest advance amount above this minimum.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Security Deposit:<\/b> A deposit of Rs. 5,000\/-<\/b> must be submitted with the application. For unsuccessful applicants, this amount will be refunded within 7 days of the quotation opening.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Agreement Forfeiture:<\/b> If a successful applicant fails to sign the agreement, the initial Rs. 5,000\/-<\/b> deposit will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Finalizing Agreement:<\/b> Successful applicants must pay the remaining balance of their proposed advance (after adjusting the initial Rs. 5,000\/-) and sign the agreement within 7 days of the quotation opening.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Alternative Selection:<\/b> If the first selected applicant fails to sign within 7 days, the opportunity will be offered to the second-highest bidder, and so on.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    Lease Period:<\/b> The current rent rate and agreement will remain valid for a period of 2 years<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  9. \n

    Prohibited Items:<\/b> The sale or distribution of alcohol and tobacco products<\/b> is strictly prohibited within the campus shutters.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  10. \n

    Deadline:<\/b> Applications must be submitted to the Campus Administration during office hours by Friday, Mangsir 05, 2082<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
